Steve Wiggins began his career over 30 years ago in commercial construction, honing his eye for detail on complex projects where precision and coordination were non-negotiable. Over time, he realized his true passion was creating homes - spaces where families live, celebrate, and build their own stories. That shift from commercial work to custom home building laid the foundation for the firm he leads today.
Based in Asheville, North Carolina, Steve and his team now serve discerning clients across the surrounding mountain communities as well as in Nashville, Tennessee. Every project, whether it’s a ground-up custom estate or a full-home renovation, is approached with the same level of care, craftsmanship, and clear communication. The goal is simple: to make the building experience as exceptional as the finished home.
Today, the firm focuses on two core specialties: luxury Custom Home Building and high-end Home Renovations & Remodels. From first sketch to final walkthrough, Steve is hands-on, ensuring each home reflects the homeowner’s unique vision, lifestyle, and standards.
