We focus on custom luxury homes and substantial renovations or additions. That includes whole-home remodels, kitchen and bath transformations, outdoor living spaces, and architectural upgrades that require a high level of detail and coordination. If the project significantly elevates how you live in your home, it’s likely a good fit.
Our primary focus is the greater Asheville, North Carolina and Nashville, Tennessee regions, along with nearby communities. For the right project, we’re open to discussing select work just outside these areas. If you’re unsure whether your property is within range, reach out and we’ll let you know.
We start with a conversation about your goals, budget, and timeline. From there, we coordinate with your architect and design team - or help you assemble one if needed - to refine plans and specifications. Once construction begins, we manage every phase: site prep, framing, mechanicals, finishes, and final walk-through. Throughout, you’ll have clear communication, scheduled updates, and decisions presented in an organized way.
We’re happy to come in at either stage. Many clients come to us with an architect already on board. Others ask us to recommend architects and designers who fit their style and project scale.
Because every project is unique, we don’t publish a one-size-fits-all number. In general, our custom homes and large-scale renovations are significant investments with a strong emphasis on craftsmanship and detailing. If you share a rough budget range and scope, we can quickly tell you if we’re the right fit and what’s realistic within that range.
You’ll be involved in the decisions that affect how your home looks, feels, and functions - but we manage the day-to-day details. Some clients enjoy being very hands-on; others prefer a more curated experience. We adapt our communication and selection process to your preferred level of involvement while keeping you informed at every milestone.
Yes. We coordinate the permits, inspections, and code compliance for your project. Our job is to navigate the technical and regulatory side so the process feels as seamless as possible for you.
The first step is a conversation. Share a bit about your property, your vision, and your timeline, and we’ll schedule a time to talk in more detail - often followed by an on-site visit. From there, we can outline scope, budget, and next steps so you’ll know exactly how to move forward.
